The 2019 season promises to be an exciting year for the AFC Tigers! 

The AFC Tigers will be in NVSL Division 7.

Please pay Swim Team Dues when you pay your AFC Spring Membership payment through the AFC home page.  Then you will log into Swimtopia to register your swimmers.

The 2019 parent meeting will be Sunday, April 28, 2019 at the Central Library.

All new swimmers must be evaluated before joining the team and participating in practices. Please bring all new swimmers during the first week of pre-season practices starting Tuesday, May 28, 2019, for an evaluation by one of our coaches. If you are unsure if your child is ready to join the full team, please bring them for an evaluation starting May 28th.

Evening pre-season swim practices will start Tuesday, May 29th. **Note: Complete details on the pre-season and summer practice schedule can be found here.

Mini Tigers will start on Monday, June 24th. For more info about the Mini Tiger Program, click here. Please bring Mini Tigers on the first day of Mini Tiger practice, June 24th at 8:45 am. 

Registration for AFC swimmers will begin in early April and will close June 3rd. The cost will be $135 for the first swimmer, $125 for the second swimmer, and $105 for the third and each additional swimmer. **Any registrations (except Mini Tigers) completed after June 3rd will incur an additional $25 late registration fee for each swimmer.**

Registration forms MUST be completed on this Swimtopia website and registration fees MUST be paid through the AFC membership portal before the swimmer may practice with the team. 

If for some reason your swimmer decides not to continue swimming, refunds (minus $25 administrative fee per family) will be made according to the following schedule:

• Prior to June 14 (before time trials) = 100%
• June 15 - June 21 (before 1st A Meet) = 50% **(Mini Tigers and medical exemptions will be refunded 100%)
• June 22 and after = 0% No refunds after this date **(Mini Tigers and medical exemptions will be refunded 100%)
• After July 6 = No refunds for Mini Tiger or medical exemptions

All members of the swim team must also be members in good standing of the Arlington Forest Swim and Tennis Club. This is a requirement of the NVSL. Pool memberships will be verified with the Pool Board.
